Join us for our Grand Opening, hosted by our experts at The Home of Hot-holding for the Americas.

You’re invited to our ‘Inspiration and Celebration Day’ for the opening of our U.S. HQ and Culinary Support Center at 415 S Kimball Ave, Suite 160, Southlake, TX 76092, on Thursday August 24th from 11:30AM onwards, with a 9:00PM finish.

The Inspiration portion of the day will feature a choice of two Inspire Session slots, Pain Point Clinics, speeches and a USA vs UK lunch served from our revolutionary hot-holding units. Then, our Celebration begins! We’ll have special guest speaker, Darren McGrady, former personal chef to The Royal Family. We’ll have an open bar, music, live entertainment and delicious hot food!

This is an exclusive, first-time opportunity to explore The Home of Hot-holding in Dallas, TX and a truly unique chance to meet our transatlantic team face-to-face. We’d love to see you there, and if you’ve yet to RSVP, you can do so at the bottom of this page.

How to find us

The day takes place at our new HQ and Culinary Support Center at 415 S Kimball Ave, Suite 160, Southlake, TX 76092. Our facility has plenty of on-site parking* and is just a 10-minute drive from Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) Airport.

* For the purposes of photography on the day, please avoid parking directly in front of our HQ

11:30am – Inspire Session 1* followed by lunch
1:00pm – Inspire Session 2* including lunch
3:00pm – Celebration
9:00pm – Event ends

*You need only attend one of the Inspire Sessions, as they are identical.

Taste the best of Britain and the Americas, as our U.S. Director of Culinary – Adam Dyer and UK Head of Culinary – Billy Eatenton go head-to-head for your votes, serving up hot-held delights that showcase our game-changing technology.

Connect with our technology

Experience our innovations first-hand. We’ll be doing a deep dive on Flexeserve Hub, our high capacity unit transforming front and back-of-house, and demonstrating Connect – our new cloud-based service that allows operators to change their game at every location.

A royal treat

Enjoy the stories and insights of Chef Darren McGrady, personal chef to Queen Elizabeth II and The Royal Family for fifteen years, which are sure to entertain and inspire. We can’t wait to have him with us at the event.

Party time

Celebrate with us in the evening, when we’ll have live entertainment from “Texas music's best kept secret” – Josh Weathers. There'll also be a range of refreshments at our open bar and, of course, you can always count on us to serve up delicious hot food.
