Dave is President of Flexeserve Inc., responsible for overseeing and developing our presence in North, Central and South America. With his extensive experience in the foodservice equipment industry and unique vision, Dave supports our existing accounts and identifies new markets. This means we can help more operators to sell more and waste less hot food.
Conrad is responsible for driving business development across all foodservice sectors (excluding retail) in the U.S. and Canada. He will also manage relationships with our network of independent rep partners, distributors and authorized dealers. Conrad’s wide-ranging sales background across regional, national and international accounts puts him in the perfect position to support businesses of all sizes.
Anthony is responsible for developing the retail segment throughout the Americas, as well as driving growth in Latin America and the Caribbean across all segments. With over 20 years’ experience, Anthony has worked with global brands McDonald’s, OXXO and 7-Eleven. Leveraging his industry relationships and problem-solving skills, Anthony will also support our network of independent rep partners, distributors and authorized dealers.
In collaboration with the UK team, Rachel supports Flexeserve in the Americas in delivering a seamless 24-hour service. She manages day-to-day operations and strategic relationships with customers, reps and dealers. Rachel draws on a wealth of logistics experience and industry insight from past roles at OTR and PepsiCo, identifying Flexeserve’s customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
A highly experienced culinary leader and food innovator, Sean brings over 30 years’ industry experience to his role. This includes positions in both culinary R&D and frontline operations with BP, Jack’s Family Restaurants, and Pizza Ranch. Sean supports our customers and network of independent rep partners, distributors and authorized dealers throughout the Americas to help them sell more and waste less.
Patrick Walker is VP Technical Service at Flexeserve Inc., delivering our best-in-industry aftersales support to customers across the Americas. With his extensive experience in both sales and service, Patrick is responsible for developing our reliable and responsive service network to maximise unit uptime, helping operators to sell more and waste less.
A specialist in maintenance and repairs, Ed delivers technical and logistical support to ensure customers’ hot-holding products and equipment are fully operational. Ed has worked in the commercial appliance field for over 20 years, giving him excellent insight into solving potential pain points in installations, store environments and sector-specific issues. As well as technical service, Ed aids in the training of technicians across the Americas, both in-person and from our Southlake HQ and Culinary Support Center.
Katie Brewer is Operations Manager for Flexeserve Inc., supporting our sales and marketing functions and playing an instrumental role in the day-to-day management of our Southlake HQ. Highly experienced in operations as well as client and financial management, Katie regularly liaises with our customers, distributors, rep groups and dealers.
As our Director of Customer Experience, Warwick is responsible for all Sales and Marketing functions and the entire customer interface. Formerly our in-house Development Chef, Warwick has helped make the Flexeserve customer experience what it is today. He brings with him an extensive knowledge of food types, packaging materials, consumer demands and a strong understanding of operational challenges – ensuring you receive a comprehensive service.

James heads up our North American operations, having worked for us for over 18 years and managed many major Flexeserve customer accounts around the globe. His variety of experience with us makes him ideal to develop the Flexeserve business in North America.
Amanda supports our North American operations and works with our Partners to assist key customers with the fulfilment of their requirements. Her experience in export sales makes her highly adept at ensuring timely, accurate delivery of our units to the customer and the completion of necessary documentation.
