Black Sheep Coffee, a small independent coffee shop, approached us with a view to introducing a hot food-to-go product line to its menu. The client wanted to embrace hot-holding as a means of providing hot food-to-go, without placing new demands on staff.

Black Sheep’s new hot food-to-go offering has increased customer sales and allowed it to better compete with larger coffee chains operating within the local area.
